Design In the standard version  steam or air pressure reduction stations are made as full packets ready for assembling on site (with full equipment). Optional version construction without fittings (without Measurement and Control System or chosen fittings) non standard station layouts 4. Characteristics Steam (air) pressure reduction stations are used to reduce the pressure of the outlet medium to the desired parameters and secondly to stabilise the outlet pressure of the station, where high variations of inlet pressures occur (for example air supply from the measuring instruments). In the standard version a packet includes reduction valve (a direct action mechanical pressure regulator), safety valve (only in case of pressure reduction), separator to separate condensate and the pollutants (it increases the correct operating life of the reduction valve), steam trap, cut-off fittings, measuring instruments and support construction. 5. Requirements and testing Because every station's construction is based on the parameters given by the client they are submitted to different requirements and subjected to different tests. 6. Directions for ordering When giving your order you should supply the following information: operating medium, the maximum medium operating temperature [°C], the maximum inlet medium operating pressure [bar], outlet medium pressure [bar], reduced steam [kg/h] or air [m?/h] jet, supply pipeline's diameter [DN], basic material [carbon steel], requirements concerning the construction, any additional requirements. 7. Additional information This offer doesn't answer all the questions connected with the construction of the steam or air pressure reduction stations. If you need to receive more precise information or help with solving any technical problems please contact our engineering and sales department. 24 months warranty compulsory acc. to the conditions which are in the manufacturer's warranty card. The manufacturer is able to undertake inspections and  repairs of the fittings as well as replacement of the internal elements if required. All the requirements concerning the quality and technical specifications of the fittings should be taken into consideration in your order. With the fittings we provide  specification sheets (technical and quality) as follows:  standard - conformity declaration, Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual, at the client's request - certificate 2.2 or 3.1.
